We’ll email you an invoice for a portion of the trip price. By paying this invoice (by credit or debit card,) you’ll reserve your spot on board.

After you sign up, we’ll be sending lots of information about how to pack and prepare for the trip, and a short questionnaire about your food and beverage preferences.

If you decide to join one of our sailing expeditions, you'll be agreeing to engage Offshore Adventure Sailing, LLC for a sailing charter aboard s/v La Peregrina. There are many uncontrollable factors that can impact this trip, including the weather, sea conditions, the possibility of mechanical failure, etc. As we will prioritize safety of crew and boat, Offshore Adventure Sailing, LLC cannot guarantee that we will arrive at our intended destination by the intended time. If you decide to join one of our expeditions, you'll be agreeing to pay Offshore Adventure Sailing, LLC a fee for this trip. This fee covers your passage as well as your food, beverage, fuel, dockage, park entry fees, and other costs while on the boat. You are responsible for your transportation to the boat prior to departure, and from the boat at the conclusion of the trip. You are also responsible for your meals, souvenirs, and other expenses you may incur during any shore excursions. A deposit of half the trip fee will hold your position on the trip. $200 of this deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the deposit will be promptly refunded if you cancel the trip at least 30 days prior to scheduled departure. The second half of the trip fee is due when you arrive aboard s/v La Peregrina. You understand that a sailing voyage entails inherent risks that could conceivably result in injury or death. If you decide to join us, you'll be agreeing to undertake this trip in spite of these dangers and you'll agree to release and waive any claims against Offshore Adventure Sailing, LLC, and/or Joe Hagan, except for cases of gross misconduct or gross negligence. Offshore Adventure Sailing, LLC and Joe Hagan are relying on this release and waiver in agreeing to have you aboard s/v La Peregrina. Joe Hagan may take photographs and/or video recordings during your charter. You agree to allow Offshore Adventure Sailing, LLC to use these recordings, which may include images and audio recordings of you, for promotional purposes.
